"Our Accommodation Group recently purchased a Hotel business through Bayleys, our previous experience has been with traditional Motels.

This Hotel was more complex than a traditional Motel as it was a structured as a Hotel pool operating within a 110+ apartment high-rise. This purchase also included a Building Management position and the requirement in dealing with a large Body Corporate.
