Gill Ireland brings unique skills and a breath of experience gained internationally to Bayleys Nelson commercial team.

Originally from London, Gill joined Bayleys in 2013, having moved to NZ from Singapore.

Her career in international financial markets involved dealing with and advising clients from the UK and Europe to Asia and South Africa. As a result, she has developed strong networking skills and an ability to work closely with high net-worth individuals, corporates, and governments.

Bayleys’ commercial clients benefit from this knowledge and acumen and her approachable nature.

Clients range from buyers of multi-million-dollar buildings and businesses to small family business ownership or leasehold, to retail and office tenancies. Since 2013, Gill has built a strong base of contacts and developed extensive commercial property knowledge across Nelson-Tasman. She has a proven ability to maximise opportunities for developers and investors and her understanding of the commercial market helps her clients to seize the moment.
